Place KEYDB.cfg in %APPDATA%aacs folder. Normally:
C:UsersAppDataRoamingaacs
AppData folder by default is hidden in Windows.

Place libvlc.dll in VLC installation folder. Normally:
C:Program FilesVideoLANVLC
or
C:Program Files (x86)VideoLANVLC
If you have 64bit Windows version and VLC is installed in C:Program Files (x86)VideoLANVLC, download 32bit version of libvlc.dll. And if VLC is installed in C:Program FilesVideoLANVLC, download 64bit version of libvlc.dll. Doulci tool exe windows.

  • Now name the folder as aacs.
  • Open the newly created aacs folder and then paste the KEYDB.cfg file copied in step 5.

  • Now, open the download folder and then copy the libaacs.dll file to your clipboard.
  • Open File Explorer and then navigate to the following location:
  • C:Program FilesVideoLANVLC orC:Program Files(x86)VideoLANVLC
  • Then paste the copied libaacs.dll file inside the VLC folder.
  • When you do that, launch VLC Media Player and try playing the Blu-ray disc that was triggering the Blu-ray disc that needs a library for AACS decoding error previously.
